Hi there, I’m Rebecca!

I’m an illustrator and graphic artist residing in Chicago, IL.

For the past eight years, I have been working for The Onion and its other properties, which include The AV Club, The Takeout, Deadspin, and formerly Clickhole. I received my B.F.A. in Illustration from Northern Illinois University (go Huskies!).

I love to use strong shapes and bold colors to deliver a thoughtful concept. I mostly create digital work, but I frequently incorporate traditional techniques and textures to lend a rich feel. It’s important to me that it’s clean and readable without feeling sterile.

In my free time you can find me on the softball fields in Chicago, playing board games with friends, or getting strong for my next rock climbing trip.
